We assist during negotiations and signing of contracts for the sale and purchase of goods or the provision of services and are entitled to payment under a brokerage contract.
Multi-Asset Financial Services Broker
We are primary looking to assist Multi-Asset Financial Services Brokers who are looking to buy existing regulatory licenses / acquire company from existing license holders to save the time to apply for a new regulatory license.
Assisting Existing License Holders
We will also be assisting existing License holders looking to sell their licenses or business to a buyer.
We also assist with facilitation, negotiation or arbitration of a transaction between a Buyer & Seller. The resultant transaction will earn a brokerage income for Artis.
